Edu Gurukul teacher training program was completed at Campus. The objective of this program was to learn stress management tips and highlight the need for stress in life as the school understands that teachers play an important role in promoting social welfare by shaping the minds and character of future generations. They are not only knowledge providers but also serve as guides, role models and catalysts for positive change in the society. More than 400 teachers from all over Puwanchal participated in this workshop.
The program was started by the senior officer of the school, Vrind, with the welcome of the chief guest Dr. VP Singh ji. Dr. Singh is an Executive and Life Coach, International Coach Federation, USA and Member, Mentor Pool, Everwise, USA. Everyone gave permission to start the program by lighting the lamp in front of Maa Sharda. Managing Director of the school, Mr. Manoj Bajaj, while sharing his inspirational thoughts, said that - Knowledge gives us strength, love gives us fulfillment. A true guru is one who helps us to think about ourselves. When we think we know everything then our learning stops. Therefore, the significance of a teacher lies in continuing to learn and enlightening the society.
Expressing his views on this occasion, Chief Guest Dr. VP Singh ji shared many important information with everyone which are as follows - Stress is an inevitable part of every person's life. Someone is moving quietly behind you. Every person is under stress. But just as the strings of a sitar produce a melodious musical tune when they are given the necessary tension, in the same way excellence emerges when life is under stress. Dr Singh recited Rahat Indori ji's ghazal - Neither will we travel nor will we get out of any intoxication. The thorn in our foot will come out of us. Said through this that we all should always keep in mind that the center of control of my life is with me only. Stress is good. We have to come out of stress on our own, we have to remove the thorn from our own foot. He also said that MOST (Manage your self, Manage others, and Manage task) is necessary for time management. Invest in yourself, don't disrespect others, give importance to yourself too. During this, Sir asked to educate the children by building better relationships, Don't be sage on the stage, be guide side by side and example of famous players. He explained that a century is achieved when one has patience, has compassion towards oneself and forgives oneself. Always remain in a state of gratitude etc. In the programme, teachers also shared their views and quenched their curiosity by asking questions. Teachers also said that this workshop is an important workshop in life because today's workshop changed their perspective of living life. The workshop was very interesting and informative.
