The stalwarts of Schools made the Kshitij of the Asian Martial Arts Championship 2023 proud with their talent.
Seth MR. The children of Jaipuria Schools, Banaras Padav displayed their talent fiercely in the Asian Martial Arts Championship 2023 and hoisted the flag of victory by winning gold and silver medals in different weight categories held in Delhi.
800 players from Asian countries including India participated in this three-day competition held on 21, 22 and 23 July 2023.
Seth M.R. among 5 special National Taekwondo players. Shivanjali Gupta of Jaipuria Schools Banaras Padav Campus was selected and awarded with a special trophy.
Arpit Rai won the gold medal in the under-19 category for the under-87 kg weight in the Taekwondo competition held at Thyagraj Stadium in Delhi. On the other hand, Kritharth Upadhyay won the silver medal in the Under-17 category for 78 kg weight. In the same sequence, Ojaswi Sahu won silver medal from Under-17 category for 59 kg weight and Sneha Singh won gold medal from Under-17 category for 45 kg weight and Shivanjali Gupta from Under-17 category for 54 kg weight. By winning the gold medal, he made the country proud and also made his school proud.
Where Jaipuria Schools Banaras Padav is performing best in academic activities, on the other hand, it is continuously trying to take the school to the top by performing amazingly in the sports world. By performing phenomenally in the Asian Martial Arts Championship, the students won a total of 5 medals and brought laurels to their parents, trainers and the school.
